Returns

We want you to love your Kangapoda products. When you're happy—we're happy.

Find a manufacturing defect? We're here to correct! If an item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please let us know! However, pet claw marks, food and beverage stains, and bleach discoloration are not defects in workmanship or merchantability, and they are not found on the manufacturing floor or in our warehouse!

If there is a manufacturing defect, or if we sent you the wrong size or color, we will happily exchange the product with a 10% off coupon for your next purchase, for our mistake.

Please call our Customer Operations Center at 1-800-646-8493 before you return any item so we can assist you with return shipping fees and information. Otherwise, you'll be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • We reserve the right for our team to evaluate any and all claims regarding merchantability before accepting any returns.
  • You are responsible for paying to return the item(s) to our fulfillment center. There is no additional charge when we ship an exchange item to you.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.
  • Refunds are issued to the card used to place the order. Credits cannot be issued in the form of checks or eGift Cards.
    *This includes orders placed with prepaid eGift Cards, so be sure to keep your card information even if there is no remaining balance.*
  • Items must be in new, resalable condition. Items must have tags attached (when applicable) and be in their original packaging to be returnable.
  • Any item that is a special or custom order cannot be returned.
  • If we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we will issue a refund for your returned merchandise instead.  We will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests whenever possible.
  • We are not able to fulfill exchange requests if the exchange item requested costs more than the item being returned. Because, we do not store our customers' credit card information on file (unless you have specifically asked us to maintain it as a registered Kangapoda customer), we are unable to charge your card for any difference in price.
  • We can only process exchanges for like-quantities. For example, if you return a single sheet, we cannot process an exchange for multiple sheets; or, similarly, for a blanket, etc. even if the total merchandise value is the same.
