Shipping Information
Your Kangapoda Sheets and Blankets are all quasi-custom products. As such, delivery times are generally between 2 and 4 weeks.
Shipping will be calculated in your cart during checkout. Shipping options are provided at the time of checkout.
You always see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order.
Domestic Shipping
All sheet and blanket shipments are delivered via UPS or Federal Express standard ground with shipping charges based on weight.
Orders to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR) are charged at the UPS Expedited Rates. Under UPS shipping guidelines, delivery is unavailable to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Accordingly, we use the U.S. Postal Service for P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. Please contact info@kangapoda.com if you have questions regarding shipments to a military address.
Your Kangapoda products are beautiful, and we want to make sure they arrive safe and sound to your home. That is why—for security reasons—we strongly recommend that all packages require a signature at the door. However, we heard from many people that requiring a signature can be an imposition.
They often prefer that the package is simply left at the door. If, for whatever reason, you are opposed to the requirement of a signature, you are given the option to waive the signature requirement, and we will honor your request. All shipments are processed with an 'Indirect Signature Required'. To opt out, please click 'No Signature Required' during checkout.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT THE DOOR. IF YOU DETERMINE TO CHECK ‘NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED’, OUR OBLIGATION IS OVER THE MOMENT UPS OR FEDEX UPDATES ITS DELIVERY ROSTER TO INDICATE THAT THE DELIVERY WAS SUCCESSFULLY MADE.
International Shipping
The shipping policies stated above pertains only to customers in the United States. For all international orders please email your order along with your shipping address to info@kangapoda.com. A Kangapoda representative will contact you with an exact shipping quote and details on how to complete your order. Please note that we do not currently offer gift cards to international customers. In addition, gift cards cannot be redeemed for orders shipping internationally.
